    Hello

I was downloading a video cam and the install/shield came on informing me that I have to leave the other instance finish setting up first before I could download the cam. My question is how can I disable the other instance I don't have a clue how to clear or delete this instance.

Please could someone assit me in this issue.

    Thanks

    Garry

    Hi Garry

Give this a try, Right click on the task bar and
    select "Task Manager ".
In the "Windows Task Manager "
    click the "Applications" tab.
"End Task" to anything Running there.
    Also click the "Proccesses" tab
and look for something related to what
you are trying to install, if you find something
Hilight it and click "End Process "
However do not End Process on all
that is running many are necessary.

After doing this try installing the cam software.
