    Hi everyone,

I have one question about Re-direct mail (or call "Forward mail" ).
There is one of employees will leave the company soon, and I need to
re-direct his emails to other two big heads from now on. The way I can think is that I add two big heads' access rights to this guy's mailbox in Active Directory, so I just need to add this guy's email account to these two head's Outlook in their PC then they will be ablre to access his emails.
Is there any better way to do this in Active Directory or from Excahnge server side? I really appreciate if there is anyone can advise me. Thank you so much.....:D

In OE you could go to Tools/Message Rules/Mail, click New and in
Sec. 1 do For all messages.
Sec. 2 forward it to people.
Sec. 3 click on People and put in an address or as many as you want. After each address put ; and leave a space before you put in the next address.
In Sec. 4 you can name it what you want.
    Not sure about Outlook.
