Which is freaking weird. Cuz the only USB devices on my system are my wireless mouse and keyboard. Logitech Wave.
    There are no updates.

I reinstalled the USB Chip set cuz appearently its a usb problem with the latest from ASUS and i still get the same error.

Also i stressed the RAM with MemTest just too see if it was the ram. It came back clean.

Im not going to reinstall the OS unless im sure that its not a hardware problem.

I was hoping for some insight from you guys.
Im pretty savy with computers having worked in the industry for several years but i just cant get my head around this issue.

    Thanks for any help guys.

Hi, Glennethh. Welcome to Windows BBS! :)

First, you typo'd your thread title. BugCheck is 0xd1 instead of 0x1d. You might still be able to edit the title of that post. (Choose "Go Advanced" when editing).

Please carefully follow the instructions in this link to produce a DebugWiz-generated log that you can paste into this thread. The additional details it provides might be helpful.

thank you for noticing. i tend to be slightly dyslexic...

anyway here is the contents of the debug log.

the program i was running is a closed beta version of a new MMORPG :p
I am going to open a ticket with them as well.

but still the fact that it died on hidusb concerns me a bit...

I did some more searching and i found: KB Article Number(s): 925922
and applied it as it looked to pertain to the issue.
This was a problem with the TCP/IP Stack of some sort

    ...to be continued ;)
