    Ok,
one more question, recently I recovered a hard drive for a user and copied the users .ost and .pst and checked for possible corruptions and all seemed good.

    Formated C:\
Reinstalled OS, and Office 2003 however now I beleive I'm getting a OLE error with Outlook.

Whenever they try and copy and paste from one program to outlook, nothing occurs.

I believe this might be an OLE error but maybe I'm wrong?

Anyone have any suggestions on this?

    What OS?

    What program is giving problems?

How did you re-integrate the old information?

    XP,
After blowing away the machine, I took the pre existing pst and then moved it back to

    C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\App Data\Microsoft\Outlook

The common spot for .pst files
Its only with Outlook 2003 that I have these issues on this one machine.

There is a how-to for disabling the Office XP (2002) clipboard Here and hopefully the same will work with 2003. I have read in various places about it causing problems with the normal windows clipboard function.

Note that the reg hack that did this in Office2000 will not work with 2002 or later versions.
