[Random freezing in XP MCE]

I have the same problem, at some random point in time, Windows XP MCE just started freezing. I have tried disabling certain programs from the startup menu, uninstalling avast antivirus program, nothing works. I have come to believe, after installing a dual boot system, with Linux Fedora, that all Windows OS' just do funky things at times, and will primarily use Linux Fedora OS once magicJack produces a Linux program, or someone finds a Linux program that can hack magicJack's security issues that were recently put into place.

BTW, another issue I've been having with Windows (related or not) is that if someone else is logged in, and has Firefox open, will not allow me to open Firefox under my login. An error states that Firefox is already running.
