    RAM Expansion

    Hi,

Don't know if anyone can help. I just purchsed a reconditioned Packard Bell IMEDI2569 and I wanted to upgrade the RAM. I just wanted to know what is the maximum RAM that this model can handle and what type of RAM does it support (SDRAM, DDR????).

I've tried to find out but no has had the answer and I didn't get a manual that gives me that information.

    Thanks,
    Dal

Tony, thanks for those links. :) Google wasn't helping me much when I did a brief search earlier this morning.

Daljeet Reyatt, welcome to Windows BBS! :)

In the first page Tony linked, I noticed the "Upgrading the Memory (RAM)" is clickable. It leads to the following page which might further assist you about what kind of RAM stick to look for.
Looks like you want the DDR2 variety as Tony found for your specific motherboard.
