    Hi,

I am reinstalling Windows that is on a RAID 0 config. I remember last time i did it, i had to install 3rd party RAID drivers from a floppy disk when it asked during installation. Where can i find these drivers? I have looked across Microsoft's website, but i didn't see anything.
The chipset i am using is an Intel P965 (ICH8R)

    Thanks,

    Alex

    Alex,

The RAID drivers should be supplied with the motherboard. If you can not locate them then go to the web site for the motherboard manufacture and you should be able to find the drivers there.

One thing worth considering - hard disks are the most likely part of a computer to fail. RAID 0 stripes the hard disk content across both disks. If one disks fails, you lose everything. Make sure you back up to an external device (External hard drive or tape for example) anything you cannot afford to lose.
