    Hi everybody. What a refreshing change to find a polite group of people ready to give a hand with computer challenges. I recently was having problems with an error message when I opened a program. I searched online with the message and it took me to your forum. Here I found (on a post) what I needed to fix it and the virus is gone... vanished! I had been dealing with it for 2 weeks. Thanks for your expert advice!
