I don't know when it started, but the sound produced by Quicktime (6.5) always sounds watery and like it's stuttering and on a loop. The picture is fine. Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks.

Hi Cinna - Welcome to the Board :)

First step with problems like this is to uninstall the program, reboot and reinstall it. Are sounds produced by other routes - CD Audio, Windows sounds, etc OK?

QuickTime-->Edit-->Preferences-->Quick Time Preferences-->Sound In--> SELECT option (Wave In: Window's preferred device).

    That should do it. :)
