My current work requires entering a series of deadline dates into an Access program I'm running. So I'm thinking, wouldn't it be great if those dates could somehow be made known, automatically of course, to Outlook in its calendar. Is there any way to do that?

VBA is definitely the way to go. However, if you've service packed Office (as you should) you'll get a couple of annoying pop-ups warning that another program is trying to access Outlook's calendar/address book each time you run the script. If you can put up with them fine, but if not you'll also need to look into digitally signing your script.

Just what I'm looking for!...I hope.

Hey thanks a bunch. I'm no VBA black belt, but I just looked over the article and it seems relatively straight forward. I'll let you know how it goes if I get it going. I'm in the midst of an upgrade and other stuff, so be patient.
    Again, Thanks
