[Inactive] Proxy Settings Always Reenable on restart

    Hi,

Been getting an issue where my proxy settings are reenabled after every restart. The issue started occurring after I noticed some software I had installed started to enable the proxy as part of its launch. After removing the software, the proxy is still being reenabled after every restart. I've tried running the usual suite of antimalware stuff (Power Eraser, HitmanPro, TDSSKiller, RogueKiller) and also even go so far as doing an upgrade install of Win7 all with no change.

The AV suites are definitely picking up something is reactivating the proxy but haven't managed to kill it. The issue does NOT persist in safe mode.

Internet Options 'Connections' tab is showing 'Some Settings managed by system administrator'

    OS is Win7 Pro SP1 x64

    Any Help Appreciated.

Edit: Resolved. I reloaded an old saved state image I had. Please mark this as resolved.
