Proposal Software and others

Hello, A customer of mine runs a plumbing business. He does many proposals, invoices, etc. by hand.

He does not want to use Quickbooks or the like. What he wants is the following.

A program that can do create proposals, Invoices, Change Orders and Letterheads. If any one knows about a program that can do this I really would appreciate it.

Hi,
I have been using a program called Cashbook Complete for years. It is simple yet provides many features to customize it to your liking. I own a restaurant and sometimes I need to bill my customers. My need is not as great as your plumbers is, but it provides me with a professional looking invoice and keeps track of the outstanding invoices. In addition, it includes a time and cost feature for time sheets and expenses, products and services, projects/jobs, and quotes. It will give you detailed reports or provide a summary. And many more features that are simple and not time consuming to use. Best of all it is free.

When setting up the program, I would advise against the setup for the home. It does not include all the features.
