    Hi matalikola,
First of all...why do you want to flash the CMOS? Is there a problem with the motherboard? BIOS upgrades should only be done if there is a particular problem (that may be traced to that area).

One of the two most important things in a CMOS flash is make certain it is the correct one for motherboard
does not appear to be the correct identification of your motherboard. You appear to be trying to use the wrong upgrade and could possibly cause it to stop working. (The other important thing is not to stop the flash process once it has started.)

Your motherboard seems to have a Intel 850 chipset, find out how to identify it correctly (one way is to search for identify motherboard at the Intel website or do you have the information that was supplied with the motherboard?)

If you don't have a specific reason for ugrading the BIOS, don't do it...here are the instructions if you (really) need them:
    http://developer.intel.com/design/motherbd/standardbios.htm
If you are getting stuck it is because you have done something wrong, you cannot do that with a CMOS flash, you must make certain everything is "right ".

If you need to do the CMOS flash (BIOS upgrade), get somebody that has done it before to help you (or you may risk losing your motherboard).

    Matt
