Project Spartan? Is that all for Windows 10?

    So far so ordinary up to Build 10049, there's only one "replacement" feature project found under Windows 10. Not good enough.

    Project (S)partan, or Internet Explorer 13 (because IE 12 will be skipped?) like Windows 9 skipped?

    From Project A to Z, I'd expect another 25 projects to give Windows 10 a "Wow ".

    b.t.w. Will IE and Project (S) bar those websites starting with "Https" and ending with ".cn "?
