Resolved Programs Not Listed in Task Manager

When I depress CTRL+ALT+DEL my task manager comes up. But, it only lists like the current program running like IE. It doesn't show the list of programs anymore. All I can do is use it to end a current program running. Any ideas?

 

Task Manager only shows currently running programs. What "list of programs" are you talking about ?

 

I just have a blank white box showing only a program that is open and running like Internet Explorer. The tab or whatever it was that I used to have where you could click on it and see a list of all the programs running is missing. The regular bottom three buttons starting with End task are there.
