Back after not having problems for a long time =P

Anyways, I have one now. I've been taking a Video Class and we've been making movies with iMovie (I know macs =/). Anyways, I wanted to make some at home so I started using Windows Movie Maker

I've made 1 movie about a 1:10 long with all title slides/pictures. Problem is, after I save it to my computer as a WMV, my desktop/programs/start menu become non-responsive. I'm on a laptop, so when I press my power button and hold it to turn off my computer as an emergency, a little screen comes out saying: "End Program Smax4PNP "

I dunno if it has anything to do with it at all

I just cleaned my computer of any spyware possible and my disk space is still at 60GB, so I have no idea what could be causing this. I'm assuming it has something to do with Movie Maker, but who knows

If you can help, it's appreciated, because I'm making weekly newsletters in a video form for my site =P. So obviously, I can't keep having this

Also, I can't accurately convert it to .mp4 for my iPod (I know, Apple product =l) since I wanna test it on there. When I convert it (I've converted videos that worked before) it speeds everything up 10 times and plays it 10 times through to make up for the time. So..I udnno why that format does that, since I've converted wmv to mp4 before this and it worked
    Thanks a lot guys!

    Sorry for the double

I think I figured out the problem, though I'm not 100% sure. I think it was another program causing this

Anyways, to avoid making a new topic, could someone explain the iPod converting thing? Does WMM cause the files to be different? I just tried converting anothre WMV and it worked....and then tried my WMV and worked, but all the clips are cut in tenth size and replayed randomly....any explanation for that?

If someone wants to try, lemme know, cause I can't do it
