Windows Vista Program error Invalid path or filename error

Hi
I am trying to run a program MicroNicheFinder which fails to install on my Vista (service pack 2) computer with the error dialogue box appearing everytime I run it saying
'Program Error-Invalid filename or path'

I have contacted MNF help & they are not able to fix this!
Can anyone here give me help & advise to get this program running?

MNF Vista help

I am still at a loss with this.
It does not run in XP compatability mode.
It will run on Vista (I know as it runs on my Vista Laptop) but it will not run on my Vista desktop! So it is Vista compatible and there must be a local issue with my Vista machine stopping it working!
Someone surely can get this running for me!?
It is frustrating MNF support have given up with it but there must be some Vista programmers somewhere who can help me sort this?!
Where can I go for more help? Microsoft support forums?
Any suggestions?
I will search but as I do not know where to look it is a problem!
