    Hello,

I just had to reformat my computer as something caused it to crash. I have been reloading my programs and one of them was Nero but I don't think the problem has to do with that program.

I was trying to go through some of my old CDs to recover them to my system and it may have happened then.

Do you know of a way I can get rid of this annoying window that pops up every time I restart my computer. Please see the attachment for details.

    Thank you.

    Jean

I'm going to guess that you installed the 64bit version of Vista but had the 32bit version before.

I don't think there is a solution except to get a new version of the software.

The version of the Vista software was on the Recovery D: on the computer that I restored it from. How could that give me the wrong version?

Thank you Arie, that solved the problem. Apparently I did have an old UDF Reader Program installed and when I went to Add-Remove Programs and removed it, bingo I didn't get the error message again.

Thanks for all the once again great help.
