Can someone give me the detailed procedure for upgrading from windows 98 to windows 2003 server? I have it downloaded and want to upgrade. Do I need to create a new partition? WIll it be on NTFS? I have 256 mb ram. What about my hard drive files-will I lose any data doing this? How can I prevent this? I don't have a cd-rw. Thanks. John

But you should be able to make a dual-boot 98/2003 system if you want.
