Resolved Problems with W8 Sidebar.

    Has any one downloaded and installed W8 Sidebar Utility software? My own experience is that this software will not perform as it requires me to have Administrative authority to run this software. To my knowledge, I boot up in Administrative mode. Any assistance to correct this error or rating this software will be most appreciated. Thanks Bobby.
