Problems with the Kernal.

I can't find a solution to my specific error here http://www.colba.net/~hlebo49/errexplo.htm & the closest I could find on google was here http://www.esacademy.com/software/flashmagic/forum/read.php?f=1&i=299&t=298 except that I dont have Flash Magic.
