I am having major problem with Real Player with SuperPass.

    1. Having signed in I found that on each re-boot I had to sign-in again
    2. Questioning Real.com they told me there should be a file "cookies.txt "
    3. There was such a file but it did not resolve the matter
    4. Left it alone for a few weeks and then uninstalled it and re-installed.
    5. The "cookies.txt" file now no longer exists in spite of thier continual assertion that it is needed
    6. But suddenly there were 3 cookies which when I deleted them it bcame impossible to sign-in at all and I had to re-install again.
7 I have checked their download, sent it to Real.com and asked them to prove that "cookies.txt" exists in their download folder.
    8. Microsoft anti-spy, Adawre, xoftspy all find these cookies and want to delete

Has anyone suffered what I have and got a solution?

D.Arbib--I have no experience with Super Pass and very little with Real Player.
However, many people report hassles with Real Player and have uninstalled it and use the Real Player Alternative instead

I have no idea whether it will work with Super Pass, but most report no problems with playing content which ordinarily would use Real Player.
P.S. Concerning cookies. Normally I would look for cookies concerning Real Player with the name "username@real.com.txt ", rather than "cookies.txt ". (And the real.com part may have variations, but should start with the word real.)
Cookies.txt is the Netscape equivalent to IE's Cookie folder--so cookies.txt is not an individual cookie but a folder.

You can manage cookies most easily using a program like CookieJar (free)
