Problems with my Internet Explorer default settings

    I have recently started having problems with my internet explorer allowing me todo things using my yahoo tools, I have reset my default settings in my programs to their original settings and still nothing, I have downloaded the IE 6 still nothing I have uninstalled and reinstalled my yahoo nothing, now if I reset the settings back to their orginal default settings and then try to access my yahoo tools it won't nothing till I try to restart my puter by this time my puter is in the process of shutting down adnthe when it restarts it still will not allow me to do anything with yahoo tools,,,,,,,I am baffled here a need help to fix this I hope that someone in here can tell me what to do,,,My email is lori9497@bellsouth.net please if you can help me.....Lori:confused:

    Have you tried deleting all your cookies and temporary internet files? They don't go away when you repair, change settings, or upgrade.

    Have you tried the version of IE6 that yahoo has customized for use with their stuff? If not, you can get it from Here.
