Problems with Musicmatch Jukebox

Musicmatch Jukebox was already on my computer when I bought it,and has been fine until now. My kids tried to download something called Off Road Arena,a racing game or something,but apparently did something entirely different.Now when I try to click on Jukebox,a box comes up that says Off Road Arena and Run or Cancel.If I run,it starts to download.If I cancel,nothing happens.How did they glob on this thing to a program that was on the computer when it was new? Any ideas how to fix it? Thank you.

 

Have you tried System Restore?

 

Yes,my husband did that already.We tried that also when we started getting this system 32 error message. I think we are going to have to crash this thing and reinstall everything,or at least he thinks so. We have a system 32 error everytime we turn on the computer,we now have this problem with the Jukebox,and all of a sudden my Macromedia Flashplayer is not working either. I tried to update it and that did not work,so I completely uninstalled it and then reinstall it.Nothing seems to work.
