Not sure what the question is but you will have to disable DHCP on the router and create a DHCP scope on the server with gateway and DNS info.

    The Question is:

How do i Setup my Server to become a DHCP Server and let all the computer have an ip in the SubNet of the Server instead of the Router

Right now my Server is 192.168.0.1 and my Router is 192.168.1.1 and all the pc connected to the Router is 192.168.1.100, 101, 102, 103 etc.. But now i want to make all PC have an IP in the subnet of the Server.. So all suppost to be 192.168.0.2, 3, 4 etc..

The router and the server will have to be in the same subnet. You will have to change one of them.

You cant change the WAN IP of your router. Leave the LAN IP of the router where it is. 192.168.1.1
Set the server to 192.168.1.2 with a gateway of 192.168.1.1

Set the DHCP scope of the server from 192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.150 with a gateway of 192.168.1.1 and either use your Router as the DNS server or your ISP's DNS server unless you have a domain. That changes everything.
