I currently have windows vista prem edition and after deciding I wanted to upgrade to ultimate I purchased a upgrade version after going thru the whole install. It gives me the below error message.

You must make the following changes before upgrading Windows

Close Windows installation and contact the device manufacturer to get updated drivers for the following devices:
Disk drives: MSFT Memory Unit USB Device
This compatibility report will be saved to your current desktop.
Potential issues were detected with installed applications/devices

These issues do not prevent your upgrade, but some applications and/or devices might not work once your upgrade completes.
USBIO controlled devices: X360 MU USBIO - Device 1

I had a external harddrive(seagate) hooked up so I unhooked it deleted the program that came with it and restarted my system and I still get the same error. I even went into device manager and checked all the drivers and everything is up to date. Any suggestions?
