Problems starting program

I reciently Bought a older laptop with window 95 installed it only has a floppy drive.
i used it to install a version on AOL 5.0 and used a friends ID to go online and Download Juno. it Loaded ok and install with no problem but when i went to start the Program it gave me this error as follows

The NTDLL.DLL file is linked to missing export KERNEL32.DLL:K32NT_Createfile.

and a box with OK in it
I click ok and another box says C\program Files\Juno\bin\junoexe
A Device attached to the system in not functioning.

Help Please i need to get this online before i have to take my baby back to the Hospital!!

This message indicates that you have a wrong version of kernel32.dll.

Check the version against this database:

http://support.microsoft.com/servicedesks/fileversion/dllinfo.asp

Just find the kernell32.dll, rightclcik and choose Properties. It should tell you the version number.
