Resolved Problem with uninstalling Java(TM) 6 update 32

    Have latest version of Java, but, when I tried to unistall subject java thru Control panel, Programs and Features, I get message that I need a disk with Java(TM) 6 update 32 on it. I guess that it is no longer on my computer, but cannot remove it from the Control panel, programs and features. I thought about reinstalling it and then trying to remove it, but, cannot find a download for Java(TM) 6 update 32 anywhere. Any suggestions

    You can download jre-6u32 here but I don't know if it is the solution to your problem. I think that the *.exe file is an installer/uninstaller which means that if jre-6u32 is installed, it gets uninstalled but it doesn't seem to be present on your computer ... :confused: ... right?

    Thanks Christer. Think I fixed the problem. I used revouninstaller, took a chance and let it delete the registry entries for Jre 6 32 and it is now gone from the control panel programs, but, is still in the revouninstaller. I can hide it in revouninstaller.
