Using NS 7.1 I've setup "My Netscape" page as my home page. I want all the Seattle sports teams in my "Sports" window. I'm able to add all of them except the Sonics (NBA).

Everytime I select "Edit" in the "Sports" window, then "NBA" and "Seattle" and then click the "Add" button, nothing happens! I can add any of the other NBA teams to the "Your Choices" window except for Seattle.

Does anyone else have this same problem?

Any ideas on how to fix it?

    Welcome to the Forum, castingman!

    Hi castingman,

In trying to duplicate your problem, I continually get a "Server Error" on the editing of the Sports section.

I'll try again later, and get back to you when I gain access. That site is a PITA when either trying to edit or to get to the Mail. Not the most stable...

Sorry I can't help at this time!

    Hi castingman,

Did you ever get your Seattle team added to your Sports section? I just added it to MyNetscape.com page, and here's what I did:

    Logon
    Click Edit in Sports section
In the "Select a League" dropdown menu
    Select: National Basketball Association

In the "Select teams" dropdown menu
    Select: Seattle
    Click: Add tab
    Click: Save tab

Your Seattle team should now be listed in the Sports section of MyNetscape page...

    Thanks Ramona.

That's exactly what I've been doing. Only when I select Seattle and click Add nothing happens! If I select any other NBA team and click Add it works!

Maybe I need to reinstall NS 7.1?

    Hi castingman,

No, don't uninstall anything, as I'm certain it is a server side issue. This site is somewhat unstable, frequently inaccessible, etc.

What you might try is to delete all entries under the National Basketball Association. Click on "Save ". Then go back in and add all your entries again and see if Seattle is retained this time.

I've tried it three times, adding several entries, including Seattle, and the setting for Seattle is always retained.

OK, that worked after a couple of trials!

I deleted all my teams and saved. Then when I clicked on Edit, I was able to add the Seattle NBA team. But, when I added the Seattle MLB team, the Seattle NBA team disappeared from the Your Choices window. Only the Seattle MLB team was there!

So I deleted the Seattle MLB team and saved. Then added the Seattle NBA team and saved. Then I was able to go back and add the other Seattle teams. I now have them all.

Thanks Ramona and Happy New Year!
