    Morning All,

I reinstalled WinXP w/SP2 on an older PC that has IDE channel one inoperable. Have both hard drive and DVD-ROM on same cable plugged into IDE channel two. Finally got XP loaded and running OK. Tried to install MS Office 2003 Pro, and before actual install started, I received warning that I had not entered the correct license key code. Well, I had, at that point, not even been offered the opportunity to enter the code. When I clicked the OK button, I received a message referring to a problem with msiexec.exe. A Google search turned up quite a few hits, most every one wanting me to buy something to 'fix' the problem - apparently something in the registry. Just wanted to know if anyone on the board could provide information on how to fix this issue. Thanks in advance!
