Resolved Problem with MS Office XP pro !

I am Chinese , my English isn't good . Hope you know what I say !

System crash , after restart the computer
Each time I open powerpoint, excel, word, outlook ;IE browser or
Microsoft WordPad / NotePad ... This Box will appear,

And disappear after 10 more seconds .....
Although the software can still be used normally.,
but the Box is very annoying !
How to solve it?
( I use MS Office XP pro ( English version), Windows XP home (Chinese traditional version)

Hi kwanami, I don't run XP Pro so I may not be of much help.
What version of MS Office are you running? eg. 2003,2007. Student & Teacher, Standard, Small or Professional Edition.
What sort of "crash" did you have?
Is the system new, or has it been running OK prior to your "crash "?
Have you used Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office Outlook before the "crash "?

If you can provide as much information as possible someone with the knowledge will be able to help you.

It would also help if you take the time to fill in "System" details. Neil.
