I just tried to restore the computer to factory condition using the disk provided by Sony VAIO and durin reboot I get a message saying " INF File txtetup.fif is corrupt or missing, status 14. Set-up cannot continue press any key to start" When he presses the key it just goes back to this message.

Any idea on why this is happening and how it can be fixed?
