Problem sending photos to MSN subscribers

I often send photos (*.jpeg format) as attachments to people and generally there's no problem. However, with two of them, both have MSN as their ISP, they have a problem. When they open my e-mail, the picture opens HUGE and they cannot download it. I know that when I receive photos (I use Netscape Messenger for e-mail), sometimes they open HUGE but I can download them by right clicking on the picture and getting a menu including "save image as ". I'm not familiar with MSN but I would think there's a way these people could download the photos as *.jpeg files. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Sorry this one slipped by. Did you find a solution yet? Are these people infact unable to download...or just unable to view, because the picture is so large, they have to scroll?
