I had posted on this but now my thread is closed so I will start all over again. I bought and used DBExtract as suggested. Ran it as described. Output was set to C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\G963OT2B\. It "ran successfully." However, when I went to the Temporary Internet Files, there was no Content.IE5\G963OT2B. Now what do I do?

Create a folder on your desktop or my documents called Dbxtracted. Then extract to it.
Temp files are not a good place to store anything.

Well, I sure wish the program had not directed me to do that as the first option, then. Now I have a problem--I can't even find the DBXtract program on my computer! This is nuts.
