problem installing WinXp: "load library returned error 193 (c1)"

I'm trying to setup win xp on another hard drive. During installation, it tells me theres an error. The exact error is : "Setup unable to initialize network installation components. Specific error code is 2. "

Then it asks me to view the log, and this is what the log says: "setup could not register the OLE control c:\windows\syetem32\netman.dll because of the following error: Load library returned error 193 (c1) "

There was also another error right below this one..the same thing, except it was a different dll file being named. It was netshell.dll instead of netman.dll.

Anyone ahve any clue what this could be?

 

Trying to set up the second XP install as a dual boot?

If so and if you have SP1 on the original XP load, does the CD you are using for this one have SP1 slipstreamed to it?
