Windows Vista Problem installing old program onto Windows Vista

    I hope I don't offend the administrators - as I'm not sure where I should post this problem.
    I have just purchased (Windows Vista Home Pemium) & want to install an old software program (Word 2002)
    I did install with the disk - but now it wants the key 12 numbers & I don't have them.
    Can anyone help me with this problem
