problem in dial networking in xp

    Dear sir
    I have second problem in xp when I want to connect to internet and i try to use the dial networking shortcut it does not work I have to go to control panel and from there it works perfectly any solution as to what could be the problem

    Have you tried removing the existing DUN shortcut and adding a fresh copy?
