I have no problem sending a single fax. However, if I have a document with more than one, say 4, I have to re-enter all the stuff again each time. Is there a way to batch them to send all to one number at one operation like I would do with an individual fax machine

Your reply isn't late for me since I don't send many faxes.\

I use WinFAx-XP that comes with XP.

    Comes with XP?
    Hmmmmm.
    Perhaps pre-installed?
    It's not Norton's Winfax Pro?

    *edit*
    Some reading about Winfaxhere.

    **edit again**
Ohhhhh it's not looking like this is going to be an easy one to solve!

My reading of this is that Tenbob is using the native fax facility in XP - Fax Services.

    HI Tenbob

I have just started using the fax facility that is part of XP and must admit i was foxed when it kept sending only one page. Finaly figured that if you open your document go to file, print and in the properties box where it gives the name of your printer there should be a drop down menu and in there the name of the fax machine. Click on that one and it opens the fax dialog box. I found this way i sent all 4 or 5 page document easier. When i opened the fax dialog box off my desktop and imported a document it only did one page. ????????? go figure that one.

If you cant find the fax on the print menu might be best to uninstall and reinstall go through the settings again.

Sorry forgot to say, why not make one big document by adding them together if you need to send more than one. This way you dont have to do every thing over again

Finally getting back to this thread :)

I have no problem faxing multi pages when the origin source is not a scanner as if I create a multipage Word doc. It is when I have to scan multi-pages that I am having this problem.
