Problem accessing internet on other accounts/how to setup up this properly

Hi,

Just recently I've put on a couple extra users onto my computer as restricted accounts. For some reason, I can't access the internet with either of them. It is possible to access the internet with a restricted account setting, correct? I didn't see anything that said you couldn't while reading about it. Also, how exactly do I setup the accounts to be able to use our connection and visit websites?
