I am trying to print from my laptop to my printer wirelessly. I keep getting an error message that says: printer settings could not be saved. Operation could not be completed. How do I get past this message?

Have you loaded the printer drivers to the laptop and enabled Printer & File Sharing?

Do I load just the drivers or install the printer software to my laptop?

Install the printer drivers & software on the laptop as you would on the printer host computer.

Are you logged on as Administrator? Is Simple file sharing unticked in Tools > Folder Options View in Explorer?
