    Hi,

I’ve a problem on printing any pages. The result is that the page is small and not clear, the font become so small. I already checked the printer setting like print quality set to fine, intensity set to full, even set the printer option to default. And the font size use on any pages set to 12. But the result remain poor. I’m using Canon BJC-1000SP under Windows 98 SE.

Anybody can help me solve the problem so I can print any pages back to normal?

    TIA and Happy New Year.

    Yasmin

    Hi Yasmin,

I assume you have the paper size set up correctly?

Otherwise I would uninstall and reinstall the printer driver - the latest driver is here

    Happy and Peaceful New Year.
