printing problem [Print Shop + HP All in One]

Hi all

Just looking for some ideas to try and fix a problem.

My wife is using "The Print Shop Deluxe version 22" she has a HP All in one printer. and a HP lap top.
She created a photo with stationary and pictures. Photo file size was 300+ Mbs. When she tried to print it starts to load the paper, draws the paper in just to the print stage then stops will not print the photo in "Print shop" print mode.
I saved the photo and then tried to print it out in "HP photosmart premier" software that came with the printer.
This will print the photo.

I contacted HP and Print Shop and they each blame each other as being the problem

I'm guessing that the "print shop" is having a file size problem writing to the printer, because it will print out smaller photos.

Any ideas on a fix for this?

My wife likes things simple and saving and then printing in another software program is extra work and not simple

i think u might using animation, go to any graphic desigen software, like photoshop and trying to reduce the file size

and is ur printer is printing normal text??

OK, I'm a little confused now...even more then I was

First, When I tried to print the picture I clicked on the printer icon down by the clock and it had the document name and so on, then for the size it has this.....253Mb\253Mb.
But the file size on the photos "properties" has 642Kb. ??

OK Now for the really confusing part....
I had my wife do just a photo, no stationary no cropping or any thing else of the photo, just a 8x10 photo (same size as the one that will not print) and it printed.

The one that will not print is 642KB
The one that printed is 817KB.

So the file size is not the problem

She had the stationary on my PC in a "old print shop" version, I saved the stationary from it as a JPG file put it into a flash drive and then put it into a folder in her lap top.
Now I'm guessing that for some reason it will not print the stationary and I don't have a clue on why it won't?

It's not animated.

Yes prints text just fine.
