I have a number of emails which I need to print ot PDF files.

I can print them easily enough - yet printing them WITHOUT the email addresses and WITH the background colors is required.

I could work aroud this by editing the PDF file but this takes time I don't wish to spend. I haven't been able to find any OE print settings to allow for this (on my laptop, where the files are, it currently has OE 6).

Any ideas to make this happen? At the very least to not print the long list of email addresses in each file?

Another problem is that the printouts include the DATE PRINTED.

I don't like that at all.

Seems that it can be done in Outlook ....

but I can find no means of doing it iin OE - a number of people on Google threads asking the same question.

Only way I can think of, which is not practical for a large number of mails, is cut/paste into a text editor.
