How do you perform the win98 equivalent of "Capture printer port" for windows2000?

We are trying to print from DOS application on a Win2K machine to a shared printer on a Win98 machine (networked). This has always been a no-brainer, but I can't find real good info on printing from DOS app to a netwk printer from Win2000. Thanks.

print from dos app in win2K

    This uses an NT command:
    1. Click Start - Run - cmd
    2. At the dos prompt type:
    net use lpt1 \\printservr\prntname /persistent:yes

Where printservr is the name of the computer which shares a printer which you wish to attach to. Prntname is the name of the shared printer. The /persistent:yes makes the connection persistent.
