In Internet Explorer, go to File>Page Setup and make sure both the left and right margins are set the same. The default, I think, is 0.75 for both.

Click OK and then go to File>Print Preview to see if that fixed it.

If not, hopefully someone will come along with a better idea. :)

GRAHAM WESTON--If what Miz suggested does not solve the problem, change those margin settings as close to zero as possible--Should be no larger than 0.25 inch on both sides.

You could also print the page landscape rather than portrait.

    miz, welshjim, als.ict,
sorry to take so long to get back to you all about your reply to my posting. miz, i have set my margins on both sides to 0.133, and we still miss out on a small area of the printed screen down the right hand side. as als.ict suggested, i could print in landscape, but it is a bit of a pain to change printer setup and rotate the paper every time i want to print a webpage.
currently i am still missing about 0.5 of an inch on that rh margin, so if no other suggestions are forthcomming, i may have to print in landscape, but only when required. many thanks to all.
    regards

Do you find that this occurs on just one web site or on all? I think everyone runs into this problem on some websites. Whenever I encounter it, I just print Landscape (and waste some paper).

Also confirm that the paper size is correct. For the longest time, I was losing a portion at the bottom (on some pages), and ultimately discovered that the size had somehow been set to User Defined!

    Chiles 4 & WhitPhil,

Many thanks for your reply. Chiles 4, i do find that this problem only occurs on web pages where the required information goes right up to the right hand margin. this is where we lose out about 0.5 of an inch of information down that rh margin on print. so it looks like if i have a web page like this, i will just have to print in landscape. many thanks to all.

    regards
