Months and months ago a friend at work showed me how to get (and subsequently print) the list of Favorites WITH URLs that I have in IE 6.0.

The friend and job are long gone and I can't remember how to do it. I've searched the MS sight and around here, but can't seem to remember how to do it.

    Anyone have a guess/answer?

    Thanks!

    Printing BookMarks

    When Internet Explorer is open:

    1: File
    2: Import/Export
    3: Next
4: Highlight Export Favorites and choose Next
    5: Next
    6: Next
    7: Next
    8: Next

Then go to MyDocuments and double click on bookmark.htm

    Hope this helps,

    Thanks - it helps.

I wish there was a way to just get the basic URL without all the "HREF" information added. But, I'll take what I can get! I open it in Excel and get the links and just delete the excess info.

    Hello Anakalia,

Open the file folder \Documents and Settings\your user name\ and open the Favorites folder.

You can take a "picture" of the folders/favorite entries holding the shift down while hitting the print screen key. This will put the top window into the clipboard which you can paste into wordpad for example.

    Regards - Charles
