My A1000 printer does not work because I recently installed XP, and it doesn't recognize it. I have the installation CD, but when I put it in, it says "This is not an NT product ". What does this mean?

Sounds like the printer driver is not compatible with XP - you will need to visit the manufacturer's web site and download the XP driver, if available.

BTW - Who makes the A1000?
