printer lockup

    After installing "Works Suite 2002 ", my printer is not operating normally. If I am able to print anything, the next attemp to print ends up in the que and will not print or delete, locking up my printer. Also, if I select properties in printer options, it freezes the computer and ctrl+alt+delete is reqired to free it. This is not good for a confused senior citizen.:confused:

    going through some old posts...

    So it was working OK before you installed Works?

    First I would try reinstalling the printer drivers. If that doesn't work I'd try removing Works.
