Is there any way around not being able to Print preview an HTML e-mail. I only want to find out if it will print on one or more pages, so you can stipulate optimum number of pages to print.

I realize that I can copy and paste, but you cannot copy the header information, just the body.

    Thanks,

Forgive me for asking, but wouldn't clicking the Print button tell you what you need to know?

If you click on the print icon, it immediately prints the e-mail to the default printer. If you use File-Print, then you can choose a printer, but you still cannot see the # of pages or layout of how it will print, as you can in MS Word or other office programs.

Print preview dos work for a text formatted e-mail, but the majority of e-mails I receive and send are HTML, as they look a lot better!

I did try the knowledgebase, but there is not reference to HTML preview.

Thought I stumbled upon something....I hightlighted a mail message and without out opening it I notice the PreView button wasn't grayed out. Got the attached message. (outlook 2003)

It did work with Text mail.

That's as far as I got - I just thought that soemone might have a solution as it seems to be a rather obvious feature and available in every other Office program.
