print error

    hi,everytime i try to print i receive an error message that says 'print spooler service is not running'.I tried starting the service but i keep on receiving the same message.can u please help me?

    The problem you are experiencing is often caused by corrupted printer drivers, but first check that the print spool service is set to automatic and that Remote Procedure Call (RPC) is on Auto and started. If these are both on auto ....

    Delete your printer in Printers & Faxes, uninstall all printer software through Add/Remove programs, reboot and reinstall the printer closely following the manufacturer's instructions.

    Would be a good time to check for updated drivers too.
